Refund & Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping with Aurum Essence Cosmetics xPaige! We care about your experience and want to make sure you're satisfied with your order. Please review the following policy regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.

General Policy

Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final (non-returnable). However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or unusable, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund if you contact us within the guidelines below.

Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must submit a Replacement or Refund Request within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

Fill out the Replacement/Refund Request Form

Provide:

• Your Full Name
• Order Number
• A short description of the issue
• Clear photo(s) of the item showing the damage or error (packaging included if helpful)

We’ll review your request within 3–5 business days and reach out with the next steps.

Refunds (If Approved)

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and only after communication and approval. Valid reasons include:

  • Items that arrive damaged and unusable
  • Major fulfillment errors
  • Non-delivery (confirmed through tracking and carrier investigation)

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Secure Payments

All payments are handled through Big Cartel’s secure third-party processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). We do not store or access your payment details directly.

Privacy

Your personal information is only used for order fulfillment and communication. We do not share or sell your information, except as needed to complete your order (e.g., with shipping carriers and Big Cartel’s system).
